La Muralla is a group of young smallholders in one of Huila’s southernmost municipalities, San Agustín, located high in the Andes Mountains of Colombia. This is a community lot with contributions from several members of La Muralla and is completely comprised of the Pink Bourbon variety. The result is a vibrant, floral, and juicy cup with a truly unique and exceptional character. We have carried the Pink Bourbon separation from La Muralla for several years now and it is always one of the most anticipated coffees of the year for us. This year is no exception as their commitment to excellence really shows through in the consistent cup quality year after year.
