The Cerrado region of Brazil is within the state of Minas Gerais and has optimal weather for drying coffee naturally under the sun. This regional lot has a smooth nutty flavor and low acidity with a medium body. This coffee works great in any brew method, including espresso.

In order to balance getting your coffee out to you as quickly as possible with freshness of roast we ship all coffee as ordered within one week of the roast date.

In our experience most coffees taste best after at least a few days' rest, and high-quality coffees stay at peak flavor up to six weeks post roast.
