It's no secret that we love coffees from Colombia here at Georgio's. This organic coffee from Tolima is no exception and its one we affectionately refer to as "the crowd-pleaser." With a full body, rich flavor and great balance there is something for everyone in a cup of this coffee.

In order to balance getting your coffee out to you as quickly as possible with freshness of roast we ship all coffee as ordered within one week of the roast date.

In our experience most coffees taste best after at least a few days' rest, and high-quality coffees stay at peak flavor up to six weeks post roast.
