Created for the Origami Dripper, these conical paper filters are free of chemicals and dyes to ensure the purest brew. The sustainably sourced filters help distribute coffee grounds in a perfect layer, so the water spreads evenly. During the brewing process, the filter's flat sides work with the Origami Dripper's folded design to create ample airflow for optimal flavor extraction. These fit our Ceramic Origami Brewers (Medium Size) and the Hario 02 V60 drippers.

In order to balance getting your coffee out to you as quickly as possible with freshness of roast we ship all coffee as ordered within one week of the roast date.
In our experience most coffees taste best after at least a few days' rest, and high-quality coffees stay at peak flavor up to six weeks post roast.
